SHIPPING

Items are currently packed up every Monday, and then go out in the mail on Tuesday. If you have a preorder item in your order, the entire order will ship out when the preorder item arrives.

If you are on a gift deadline and need your package to go out ASAP please email me and I can usually send the order out the next day!

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

Please be aware that shipping times are still delayed in some areas due to COVID.

 

RETURNS

I cannot accept returns or cancellations after an order is shipped. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to fix it.


EXCHANGES

If the apparel item you ordered does not fit correctly, exchanges for a different in-stock size are accepted. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
